Since KK is very limited when it comes to craft paper, I had to succumb using crepe paper for this purpose. Its not too bad. Unfold the paper and cut it in halfs then quarters. I use 9 pieces to make one pom pom. In the order of 3 pieces of dark green, 3 pieces of light green and 3 pieces of whites.
You need to fold them all together in a concertina style (like those homemade fans). Keep folding back and forth until you then have one long strip. Then tie a string around the middle. Cut the edge to make it curvy. You will have to use a little bit of strength to do this. In my case I ask hubby's help. :)
Then Fan out the two ends and start pulling each piece to the middle.
