1B as it is preferably called by the locals is the biggest mall in the whole of North Borneo. However with the rise newer malls, 1B has seen a sharp decline in customer traffic and tenant.
This giant mall has four hotels and high rise condominium linked to it thus no shortage of rooms to rent.

There used to be a Haunted House center but that did not last long. Golden Screen Cinema is located close to the middle atrium on the 3rd Floor.

Parkson Grand is the main anchor tenant here and Giant Hypermarket is the other. Both occupying large floor space in this mall. You can spend a whole day in this mall and still wish you had more. There is no food court in this mall. Most eateries occupy whole shop and found at the basement area.
